Buyer Beware:
The Vehicle Price you pay will include a charge for $2,995 for a service they call Orange Park Nissan Advantage. Even after you tell your salesperson you do not need that service because you live over 2 hours away and would not use it. My sales person Joseph (Cowboy) told me ok no problem and that he would remove that charge. I am on the fence about this dealership. First, the car I was interested in was dirty and had a badly damaged windshield, so I was uncomfortable doing a full test drive. I bought the car anyway because it had very low miles and everything else was in great shape. The buying process was very long. Fixing the windshield took a long time. There were many excuses for why it took so long. Everyone, from the sales guy to management to finance, kept pointing fingers at each other. No one took responsibility.
