Very quick and personal, caring service. Unimpactful salesman, who cared about how the car fit me and assisted me in any question I had with a lot of wisdom, on an easy to communicate street level. But the most profound aspect of the visit was the deal. I had no credit, only 3 months on the job and rode there on a bicycle with the pedal crank bearings giving way, not to mention being recently released from incarceration over a period of years. The dealership gave me the car I wanted.

We can't say enough great things about our salesman (Brian). He went the extra mile ensuring that we received both keys and an owners manual for our 2022 Dodge Durango. He made sure that all our concerns were addressed and resolved by the time we took final possession of the vehicle. All in all it was a great experience working with him.

Great staff. They work with you until you drive off the lot. If you looking to buy your first, second or third vehicle put your trust in this staff. I went to several car lots, and their service and willingly to help was very poor. I had to go back to Nissan of Orange Park. This great staff almost put you in the driver seat with there willing to work with you no matter what your situation is. If you looking for vehicle let Orange Park be your first choice.

This is my 4th time purchasing a Nissan. I previously used Nissan of the Avenues. Having one poor experience after another with their service department, I had sworn off Nissan!
